Default 74' 911 Thoughts on this car BAT?

Anyone have some input on this car? Looks like a great driver! The auction on this car ends in a couple of hours.

Color change hurts it. They made it my favorite middie color, but those browns bring the money. I suspect it will stall pretty close to where it is now. If it were still brown I think it would go up another $20-25k before the auction closes.

The car originally was Bitter Chocolate....with Midnight Blue interior? Egads! I agree with GT. The color change kills the value, unfortunately.

So aside from that, for sure those are good points, is the car of good value otherwise? Appears to be in good shape and seems like it would be just an epic driver that you could just go and enjoy without too much worry. Reasonable price at where it's at?

It is properly priced for what it is. It does look like a nice car. I have a 74 normal in Gulf Blue. They feel nothing like an SC or 3.2. So much lighter and the 7:31 helps. The 2.7 gets a bad rap, but it's a good little engine when looked after.

Really interested in your comment on $20-25K for a unique color, are there data or info on what value a particular color
brings or color production numbers by model and year?

Looks like it sold for $70K. I'm not sure it was worth that. That being said, it did have a reserve, but I am not certain if it was met.

Same here. It does have the California emissions stuff going on though right?

I have a 77 that is nicer than that, that I would sell tomorrow for 70

If you have a 77 Carrera I'll give you 70 for it...
