Default Considering a 2005 911 Convertible

Tiptronic, black top, 28,000 miles.
What should I be concerned about?
Can it be my (fair weather), daily driver?
The ask is 29000

Read about IMS failure. Fairly uncommon but can occur in early 997.1 cars (and even later 997.1 cars but less so). This is the 911 section and covers MY until mid-89.

You need to go to 997 section.

Sounds like a great deal. Have a 2006 4S Convertible. Love it. w00tPorsche is correct about the IMS. Fairly uncommon but just so you know. Really shouldn't be any surprises solid car! Good luck.
