How do I turn off the annoying door buzzer? I did a search and couldn't find the answer.

Open the front hood, reach up by the drivers hood shock toward the gas gauge you should see it. Sorta looks like a relay, about 1" square by about 1 1/2" long.

Sorry, I'm new to the world of working on cars. Do I just disconnect the wire to the relay, or remove the relay altogether?

Pull the relay. Best no-cost thing I ever did.

Chris, just unplug the relay from the connector, you can reach it either from under the hood, or by pulling the gas gauge out, don't disconnect the wires, but just move it enough so you can reach it from inside the car. If you can't tail what you are looking for, put the key in and open the door, you will really be able to hear it and you can feel what is making the noise. Just unplug it. It is an easy task.

After you pull it out, toss it into the glove box so the next owner has it, just in case
