Neither of the washers in my 84 targa are working. I've done some trouble shooting and found that there's no power getting to the windshield washer. Not sure about the headlight washer though. It seems like the next place to look is the switch on the steering column, but before I get into the column I'm wondering if there's anywhere else I should look. I've found a washer relay behind the leftmost dash guage, behind the buzzer relay, but it doesn't seem to want to come out. I've tugged pretty hard on it and am afraid of breaking something if I pull any more. Is that relay supposed to pull out? Is it likely the cause of my problem?
