hi, i was a member a few years back, membership ran out last year or year before, anyways - 2 weeks ago signed up again to be a member for 2 years- i'm still "user" I emailed the rennlist paypal email , i emailed a moderator and i'm still a "user" whats going on here?

OK, I'm going nukular.

 

I became a paid member about 8 or 9 years ago and had the same problem. Weeks went by. I had to contact somebody (don't remember how) to get it to show up. This is a very old problem that has never been fixed.

 

Tarek, there was a response from an admin. They want you to email them your payment receipt:

I don't see any transactions linked to this username or account. Please have them email me the receipt: robb.meier@internetbrands.com.

Tarek I still have the screenshot you texted to me the day you paid, in case you need it.

Edit:. Tarek, I think I see your problem. Your PayPal receipt has a spot on it that says "Instructions to Merchant" that goes on to say you haven't given any instructions. BINGO! Rennlist doesn't know who to assign the funds to. You just donated $32 to the pizza fund.

 

They should know who to assign to- its my same email

 

This REALLY should not be this difficult......
