Default distributor rotor ID

can someone please tell me the serial or part number for my rotor, i seem not to be able to find it anywhere, im also not sure if my distributor is bosch.

how many different types of rotors are there for an 1975 2.7 l ?

im really stuck with this one please help !!

i think i found what i was looking for, i dont think its the right brand.....

any Bosch distributor would just fit ?

any alternative upgrade recommendations ?

Now that you know it's a Toyota distributor. And a serial number See what you can find out about it and see what Toyota Aftermarket has to offer.

Wait a minute, back in April we talked about your distributor. I think we established you had the wrong one for your car, but the photo of the rotor you provided in that thread was different than the one in this thread.

(Edit: OK, looking more closely at the April thread, I see now you had two rotors in your photo, one of which is the one in this thread. But my advice below still stands. It's been 3 months and you mentioned how little time you have to work on the car [and I can relate to that]. Just replace the distributor with the right one, and get driving.)

Are you now trying a Toyota distributor? Were you ever able to get the car running right? If not, I think you probably need to stop experimenting and find a used distributor of the right type. Here is one on eBay now: Porsche Distributor 72-77
