Got my GT4 about three weeks ago and I have put on 1500 miles so far. Need to get to the 2000 mile promised land before my first track day at the end of the month 

Mods so far:
Full Xpel PPF except rear bumper
Black PPF on roof and winglets

Reflective GT4 logo on winglet (plan to do rear Porsche lettering soon)
Painted muffler with ceramic paint to hide the ugly rust and silver cans

Changed black spokes on steering wheel to silver

Fantastic mods and I love the stormtrooper theme! Tastefully executed and fun. What did you use to paint the exhaust, looks much better hiding the cans.

Many people complain about the long gearing in the 2016 MY cars.
Does the 7 speed PDK resolve those issues in your opinion?

Thanks. It is reflective vinyl. Autosupersheild (who is a sponsor here) in Boca , FL did all the ppf work. It is exactly the same size as the rear emblem. I am sure that they can send it to you.

Hey Craig. Unfortunately, I have not driven a manual GT4. However, my 992 has extremely short gearing from 1 to 6, so compared to that it seems long. I will pay attention in manual mode and get back to you.

That’s a busy three weeks.

I really like the black paint on the muffler. This area could have been a lot better executed from factory. I am going to make a prediction that on the GT3 RS they will take the opportunity to tidy that up.

Can I ask how hard it was to swap the inserts on your steering wheel? Considering the same for mine, but in reverse.

Very nicely done!! I hope to see you at a local PCA event if not the track. Keep us in the loop as to how you like the PDK with the 4.0. It is nice to find that someone else painted their Sunpass black as well. GO CANES!!!
