Default 718 Spyder / GT4 PCA spotlight vid.

Nice little different review/ view of the car, refreshing! They beat savagegeese to it...

Great video. Just finished watching it. Came to post link and saw you posted - thank you. So interesting to see the car dissected. Shows difference with 981 Spyder as well. It is a GT4 Spyder. As I said before a GT4 with sol.

The owner seems to have driven hard already, the side skirt/rocker and rear wheel has nicks on it ... but maybe just rubber marks too.

They did a similar video for Mike's 981 GT4. I don't know about the comment at 4:25 though...I was there when they were moving a Cup car out of the garage. "Nutz!!!" Though I should reserve judgement until actually hear a 718 in person for posterity.

Good that he seems to be enjoying it. I’m ocd too about any little bit of dirt or stone chip but we don’t really “own” them -more custodians of them so we might as well enjoy them. I plan on putting miles on this one - every other sports car I owned far far too little mileage and should have driven them all more - someone else is enjoying the car I saved for them. Not this time. .

100%, I've always driven the heck out of my cars. I just do my best to keep them looking good when possible (PPF, over-maintenance, etc.) To your point, we're custodians, and I'd add we are custodians paying a membership fee of sorts to drive these amazing machines...got to drive it to maximize my ROI!

Yup, not saving it for the next guy.

I value my enjoyment over the potential $ gain when selling.

Having said that, this one might be a keeper.

There might not be another NA, manual, mid engine, open top car in 6-7 years’ time (when I normally trade in).

Curious what everyone thinks on the comments at 4:10?
Remove it? Leave it open all the time (if possible)?

Are you talking about the sound symposer?

Here is one of the threads in the 991 forum. There are a few floating around.
