I have the white gauges in my SRS and prefer them to the standard gauges in my 4RS and 991 GT3. They look so much better in person and I would spec them in my next car if analog dials weren’t going extinct.

I've driven my Spyder 2300km throughout Germany and Switzerland, on European Delivery including driving over bumps, humps and gravel in areas they were fixing mountain roads, also about 300 km driving in Toronto, the official home of deadly potholes and speedbumps. Never has the splitter hit any obstacle (my Boxster GTS 4.0 occasionally scrapes speedbumps that my Spyder makes it over without a problem and my 991.1 GT3RS scrapes much more often than the Boxster). In retrospect I would have passed on the Front Axle Lift. Some people on the forum say not having the FAL would affect resale value, I'd say on a GT3 it's pretty important, but on a SRS it's teats on a bull..
I got Guards Red on my sport chrono, and my dealer suggested red dials to go with them. I regret listening to him, I'd have preferred the black, while keeping the sport chrono red (this is the setup my Boxster has). but I have the white dials on my GT3RS, including the Sport Chrono in white. I really like the white dials, and if I were ordering your Spyder I'd get them..
Good luck, and keep in mind, once you get driving it, you won't give a _____ about any of the options you choose.
