You have E-Bike ADM

I have Timepiece ADM

Still heck of a deal, still a no brainer.

Many of those have had significant price reductions lately, and with the amount of them for sale i would expect further price reductions. On the other hand there are much less gts 4.0 for sale and even less with the manual transmission.

quick search on the porsche finder website

15 total GTS 4.0 CPO for sale in the nation. 6 of which are manuals
64 GT4RS CPO for sale in the nation..

its insane honestly. i've noticed the same thing with the GT3. tons of them for sale but not many of the S/GTS variants.
You are exactly right. This is simply the difference between a lightly used 4RS with someone else's spec vs your own allocation. It's always been this way. Depends on what you want.

but doesn’t it strike you as odd that there’s four times as many GT4 RS for sale as gts 4.0?? I thought it was supposed to be a special halo car built in limited numbers but now I see 64 CPO and even more non cpo for sale. Something doesn’t add up.

Really appreciate the information folks. This is a first time I was given any allocation so didn't know just how good it is.
Let me try to see if I can do the finance instead of the bike, if that is possible. And pay it off in the first month. Or maybe slightly better trade in for the finance deal.

I wouldn't almost mind using the e-bike. True it's ridiculously expensive for what it is but it's also a sort of bike I will be happy using if I had it. Or I can sell it...we'll see

There's also way more demand for a GT4RS than a GTS 4.0 so no it doesn't strike me as odd. If you look to see how many 992 GT3's for sale right now it will show around 150 which lines up with production numbers. 2,150 4RS's produced right now and 5,000 992 GT3's for North America.

agreed. Porsche might've built too many of them.

Not from my point of view, I wish Porsche could build more, so ADM is non-existent.

I paid ADM for mine, and I'm totally fine with it since I got the product I want and have been enjoying it thoroughly since. But in a better world, I would have been able to buy it at list price because Porsche can make enough to satisfy demand.

I understand what you're saying. I think it just speaks to popularity of each model. The GTS 4.0 manual is an amazing car. But I think if someone is going to spend this kind of money on a Porsche car most will usually buy the motorsports derived car. The fact that an RS has motorsports motor and DNA etc. is what makes it desirable. As far as the build number goes if it's 2000 for the US that really isn't many cars and that is usually the standard quantity for RS's.

I personally think thats a hell of a deal. Keep in mind you can always sell the e-bike. I'm unsure what the used market is for something like that as its a bit on the pricier side (my dads e-bike was 8k and according to him its one of the good ones) but its obv thats from the Porsche tax. That being said i cant imagine you wouldnt be able to let it go for that much less than you paid for it. Which effectivly takes your "ADM" down to only a few thousand, which for a car at this price point is a bit negligible.

I say go for it. These are awesome cars.

In some ways I totally agree and some I don't. That fact that these cars re-sale is so high often times even getting your ADM back after 10/12K miles is amazing. This comes from the lack of available cars. Porsche is simply such a strong brand and their production formula is so well thought out it's impressive. The 991.1 GT3 engine recall is about the only mistake I've seen them make in 20 years. Like Rolex they are playing the long game and will not devalue the brand.

Is it worth it? Is this a good deal?
If you want a 4RS, that is a solid deal from my own searching, I would take that deal myself!

I don't disagree, and have benefitted from this from previous GT car ownership as well. As a Rolex owner, I also see and "enjoy" the parallel. At least here in the states, as long as they are trading at or above MSRP, one cannot conclude that they made too many.

Well, except for those that are more speculators than enthusiasts.

This. It’s a steal in current market, imo.

Great 4RS deal you have there.
Don't forget to add back in the sales tax credit for the trade value... which might wipe out the 5k lower appraised value they are offering.
Enjoy ☺️
