Looks like mostly OEM or Kline. Regardless of the tone of the exhaust, I prefer more sound inside the cabin than outside. Would be nice if the people could address that as well with these various exhaust mods.

My setup (Flat-6 OAP, Cargraphic valve controller) gives A LOT of sound inside the cabin, but is switchable so highway cruising can be very mellow.

BTW, my friend has Ack Titanium OAP and Cargraphic on his CGTS, and side by side, I find his to be slightly higher pitched and maybe even louder because of it, while the Flat-6 pipes are lower and more throaty. I like mine better. They are 2.5" vs 2.25" as I recall, and heat wrapped, so maybe that's why they are different. Or maybe it's just a placebo effect.

Do we want to have an option for those with/without headers/manifolds? Could add an interesting secondary option. JCR Manifolds here, with the super light valve-less exhaust, silenced with cats. Great for DD, civilized enough, and yet can turn vicious in an instant. Personally it's all about the tone, and there aren't m(any) that can compete.

Glad I put Other as a choice LOL, the permutations are beyond my poll skills.

That's great to hear about your setup. I've seen lots of video reviews of exhausts and they (mostly) tend to focus on the sound outside the car so I find it difficult to tell how any of these systems would affect cabin sound. Porsche, in its wisdom, incoporated a sound symposer in these cars to enhance aural pleasure inside the cabin. Unfortunately, they linked its activation to the PSE switch so that when that is off, the induction sound is absent. An exhaust which is loud on the outside but quiet inside the cabin is akin to watching people have sex rather than being a participant. Where is the fun in that? Hahaha. You can entertain (or annoy) people with your loud exhaust but if you can't hear it in your car, what's the point?

I'm in the minority with just Flat 6 OAP no collar mod and stock back box. Quiet on the street and audible on track but doesn't blow sound at 103db tracks. Also no drone 👏

AnandN,

I have the SOUL V2 (Version 2) rear exhaust, SOUL ceramic coated (Performance) OAP W/Cargraphics valve-controller.

If you have like the Cargraphics valve-controller and Lock the valves OPEN you will definitely hear the exhaust if running my GT4 at higher RPM.

I'm glad SOUL {FINALLY} came out with the V2 it is easily livable on the street in Auto-Mode and locking the exhaust-valves-open it SCREAMS especially at Higher RPM.

Didn’t do anything to my 23 GT3T which was a first. Debating if I’ll do anything to the GT4 RS. However, there a lot of good options.
