Default has your oil consumption changed with miles?

Ive been tracking oil use in my GT3 (same engine as the 4rs) and @6900miles it hasn't changed from 1800 mi/qt.
did 2 changes @ 1400&5000 miles.
just wondering if there's a point where it drops with miles?
if so@how many miles is it considered fully broken in?
Has anybody seen the oil consumption drop with miles
Curious if its the same as the GT3 ?
i assume it should be ?

On my GT4, the consumption seemed to stall after 3K miles.
This will vary no matter how many miles between each owner, as its not how many miles are on the ticker, its how they were put there.

My 992.1 GT3T after it’s first oil change at 1000 miles used about a 1/2 quart at the 2nd change at 5000 miles.

My '22 GT4 is just shy of 22k miles. The local dealer topped off my oil about 4k miles ago, around 3rd week of Jan. As of Friday, it was a quarter of the way above the minimum line. I bought the car 7 months ago at 16.5k miles and it had full oil and been topped off one in the last 5.5k miles.
I've noticed the consumption if I've done a few very spirited drives on my local twisties. If its regular driving, there's no usage of oil.

Pretty sure it uses oil with spirited or unspirited driving. But with gentle use (especially short drives), it adds water vapor to the oil supply (and makes it seem as though it’s not burning oil). And then spirited driving burns off the moisture (once oil temp gets high enough)…

My '21 GTS went from full to 1/2 full on the oil gauge as I broke it in gently from <10 miles up to ~2K miles. After an oil change, the oil gauge read full from 2K miles to 4K miles with normal driving, spirited mountain drives, and a handful of autocrosses. After the next oil change at 4K with normal driving, 4 track days and half a dozen autocrosses, oil gauge is still reading full now at 6K miles. I've read of many other oil consumption scenarios and I don't necessarily have a definitive explanation for my experience, just sharing.
