Default 718 Spyder on HRE S111SC | TAG Motorsports

Spring and warm weather are officially here! Which has us thinking about ideal cars for the occasion… We’d say the Porsche 718 Spyder is a proper choice . Check out this 718 Spyder we did a few months back on a new set of HRE Wheels. A pretty nice spec with a red leather interior! For this one, we went with the HRE S111SC in a Satin Black finish. The perfect wheel to show off those red brake calipers, and also gives the car an added aggressive look as well. In order to really tie everything together, we even painted the HRE logo on the lip of the wheel to red. Now this car is ready to cruise along the California coast!

20" HRE Wheels S111SC finished in Satin Black

Not feeling that choice of wheel designs for this car. They look a little too Miami or Las Vegas.

Love the brand and quality.

But these wheels are too busy for this car. A bit "over engineered" looking to me.

They remind me of the old Lambo wheels.

Beautiful wheels but quite expensive for a car at the Spyder's price point. HRE pricing has gone through the roof in recent years. I looked into a set of R101 lightweight, a few years back but with tires, etc the bill was over $16k. In 2015, I was able to buy a full set of HRE forged, custom wheels with tires, etc for under $9000.

Love the wheels - remind me of Alfa Romeo wheels. Not sure they suit the Porsche though..hmm...
