Our car is at the port in Germany waiting to head on over to the states, but we never received production pictures in the app. Anyone else having the same issue or know how to locate? A few our friends had the same issue with the 4RS specifically, but those people are able to see their 911 variants (ST, 3RS...etc). Perhaps its another 911>Cayman thing ...

They dont make the 4rs at the same factory where they have the photos for the 911s

Did they switch all production to the other factory? I had production pics but that was over a year ago.

Yes, when production shifted to Osnabruck there are no more production photos.

I thought the GT4RS was still being made in the original factory? I could be wrong. But when I ordered my GT4, I didn't get production pics until it was on the ship

You are unfortunately wrong. All MY2024 718 production has moved to Osnabrueck (K instead of S in the VIN), including the SRS and GT4RS. So we are not getting any production pictures.

Not all, the first batch of allocations for the 2024 4RS were built in Zuffenhausen. Many of us got our photos, you can see that in the thread. They probably moved it after.

You may receive stock photos that isn't your car, I have seen my friend get it that way as his GTS 4.0 is from Osnabrueck.

As mentioned several times all 982/718s for the 2024 are made is Osnabruck which does not have photo capabilities. The stock photos you mention are just the photo used in the milestone description, nothing more.

That's what happened. The first 184 NA and 263 RoW 2024 4RS were still made in Zuffenhausen.

That is what I meant, stock photos that isn't your car. He got the from "production line" but the color of the car was completely wrong so he (my friend) knew it wasn't his car. I brought up if his car is from Osna (K) then it was just a random photo that isn't his car. The photo was exactly where the photos would be for TYD if it is from Stuttgart. It is just from some random car.

Interesting to see the shift. My PTS GT4 RS just got built in 2 weeks waiting for release. I’d assume they wouldn’t move the RS cars over without producing these well into next year.

Interesting to see the script still saying it’s been made at Zuff. I also didn’t get any photos as per the above explanation..,

Same as mine, just in 13 days, suspiciously quickly, since then it has not been released for transport for more than a month... so I assume impacted by the carbon on whatever shortage Porsche has now
