I have them. If you are a value oriented person you probably won't think they are worth the 3K when you see them. They are easy to switch out and you can store the one you are not using in a nice bag. They are better vented and probably would feel better on a track day as far as cooling. The three different weights of the padding is nice and I would offset the pad thickness ( soft med or hard) based on your weight. If you are heavy then get the hard and offset the breakdown of the stock padding. Follow? There wasn't much info on these when I added them to my build. I wanted my car to be loaded and I thought it would be helpful upon resale to have them. In retrospect I don't think I would do it again. I went all out and paid cash for my car so I said, for once I'm speccing and loading up a car! Hope this helps!

So I will do 2-3 track days per year but the car will mostly be driven as a canyon carver so in your opinion probably not worth it??
Thanks for responding!!

Yep. Save the money for track day fees or driving lesson!

I have wondered for some time about the uptake of these inserts given their cost and the (apparent) inability to "test drive" them before spec'ing ...

You can do an RL advanced search on “Bodyform” and find a handful of threads.

I can’t see any takers besides above.

You can get them on Suncoast after the fact if you’re undecided.
