So a cooler track and shorter sessions? Sounds like my kind of tire!

I think Hoosiers in general reward a more precise driving style without large slip angles. The Goodyears put up with a bit more slip.
Turn in on both is precise but the Hoosiers don’t give the harsh pounding sensation over bumps like the Goodyears do. They both seem to be wearing evenly across the tread (with pyrometer testing to get the correct pressures).
That’s all I can think of for now. They’re both good tires. I’ll have to see how the Hoosiers wear after a few more days. The Goodyears lost grip for me on day 4 and wore like iron after that forcing me to throw them out after 2 sub optimal days. That last layer of rubber was useless.
Any suggestions for starting and target pressures for 19" Hoosier R7 on a 718 in 265, 295 sizes? Will be using these at T-Bolt this weekend.

I'll track you down in the paddocks over the weekend to see what pressures you find ideal. I'm planning to test out a set of R7's at some point next season, and wouldn't mind gathering some data points
I'm driving the White 718 GT4 #46

I found the attached information from Hoosier for the R7. Based on this and some rennlist posts I am going to aim for 36psi hot. Will use a pyrometer to dial in as well.

I am #25 White 718
