Recommended Porsche Performance Shops
Long time dreamer…soon to be an owner. My city is finally getting a Porsche dealership so ownership becomes more realistic/rational. I am going to be purchasing a lightly used 718 Spyder. I am planning on doing some modifications involving the exhaust, etc.
Are there performance shops that you would recommend that specialize in Porsche? I live in the Midwest (Iowa) but am willing to travel/ship if needed. First hand testimonial trumps a Google search on my end.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Check in with the local PCA, you'll quickly learn who the leading indies are. It might eliminate the travel.

Also check the regional forums here on Rennlist. Very helpful. Here's yours:

And join PCA - great bargain - social and track events, magazine, discounts and very quick way to make a lot of like-minded friends. All for less $ than a tank of gas.
