Default Gearbox or diff oil leak

Had a quick look under my MY21 BGTS (manual transmission) today, see a bit of oil, where is that most likely coming from? It's not pouring out, but clearly a small leak from somewhere.

Occam’s Razor? Oil drain plug. But, no way to tell for sure unless you remove the underbody panel.

In the meantime swab it with your finger. If it smells faintly of gasoline then it’s probably motor oil. If it smells like what you might imagine pig $h+t to smell like then it’s gear oil.

+1 with the drain plug. But cannot tell from the picture. Is not the car under warranty? Let porsche fix it. This is one of the few times I go back to the dealer.

Re-shaving with Occam’s Razor: might be smooge from the last oil change. Wipe it off, see if it comes back.

Had a similar looking leak on my ‘22’ GT4 on delivery. The dealer replaced the drain plug and it still leaked. Next they changed the oil level sensor and pan gasket, no joy. Finally they replaced the oil pan assembly and the problem went away.
