Diminished value claim
I noticed the article in the PCA e brake news of diminished value insurance claims from supercarsclaims.com. Has anyone used them or have any knowledge about the process?
Is this legit to go through this process, I'm worried about the car fax mark on the car for a minor parking lot incident.

As long as they do actual research and not simply use a formula, algorithm or other short cuts, just check their reviews before proceeding. However, I believe this is a law firm, Gordon & Partners.
