Thanks! I wish I could have made it to day 2 or taken my time on day 1. I brought my two boys and they lacked the patience for the photo study this show deserved 😃

 

I baled on today, yesterday the traffic, parking and lack of shuttles from the lot I was directed to was enough!

 

We had to park in a back lot, but there was a shuttle that took us almost door to door. Sorry you had to walk it…it was a long mile I would have guessed.

Given now many cars were in the lot, I was happy to find that it didn’t feel too crowded in the event itself.

 

I thought it was fine today, but I didn't go yesterday. Almost no traffic at all leaving for me.

Thanks. Sony A7IV with a variety of lenses. Most of these were shot with a new 50mm 1.4 that I’m trying out.

 

Sorry you didn't make it out there yesterday - was looking forward to seeing you. I thought the event was rather epic. I hope it comes back here next year. I definitely need to head back with my car at some point and grab some pictures. The number of backdrop opportunities is seemingly endless.

 

Sunday was actually very smooth. Lots of shuttles, no traffic.

 

yeah there were only shuttles from the main parking lot Saturday, where I got directed there were none, and one of my hips is "out of warranty" so a 1 mile walk to/from the event *sucked*

 

bummed too but just didn't enjoy the experience Saturday!

I thought the parking and shuttles were a breeze, going to put my photos for both days in a drop box to share of some sort, what an event!

 

then you were in the main lot, the only one serviced by shuttles ...
