i'd guess closer to +100k ADM. This is Bay Area we're talking about where people have more money than sense.

 

Honestly, for a place where 200k a year is considered poor, people here don't care that much about their cars. I don't see that many expensive cars around.

You need new friends. There are tons of expensive cars around. But people actually drive them as intended, rather than just to be seen at the clubs like down in LA.

its because people here don't really drive their expensive cars around this area. But if you go to Walnut Creek on a sunny day, its strange not to see at least one Lambo or McLaren driving around. The problem with the Bay Area, is that the road conditions are some of the worst. So for those of us with nicer cars, they stay parked in the garage until the weekend and then we'll literally drive between 30min - 1 hour just to get to some nice driving roads where there isn't a pothole every 3 feet.

I bet they were asking $100k over for the allocation and no one bit so they spec'ed it themselves and still trying to get that $100k over. Someone tell them to just put it on BAT with no reserve and get it over with.
