This might be helpful if you order 3D printed seat inserts. I ordered soft 3D inserts and spec’d a blue interior. I understood incorrectly that the 3D seat insert color was the dot color on the interior ordered - black dots on blue seats. It came with a black 3D seat insert.





At first this was disconcerting but did have a more motorsport look so felt I could live with it and correctable if I decided later. then I’m poking around the car once home and I find a bag in the frunk with the other blue inserts as well! All Good!





Car is amazing even though only 40 miles on it and no more than 4000 rpm for now!

Yes I do love it and it is completely as advertised and more. I have watched every youtube video on this car and none of them have really been able to accurately articulate the sounds this thing makes. WOW!

 

I was happy to take it with them on LOL! Does Porsche make the clear ones? I don't want any non Porsche parts.

 

They sure do, that's how they come standard from the factory in other countries

ok kidding in case your weren’t sure. average build 5’11” 195 lbs Not so rock hard…. the soft isn’t actually soft and still harder than the regular inserts but also more contoured honestly, I just took a guess at it because there’s nowhere to actually test them to see what you prefer. So far so good on the soft.

 

They are the same clear side markers that go on the 718 GT4 (I'll be bringing mine with me when I go to see my car).

 

Love the 4RS, love the lift, great color combo! I'm still counting down the days (42 unless/until it gets bumped out a bit).

I'm kind of unimpressed with the 3D inserts, especially for the price but haven't seen or sat in them in person. Please give us some updates once you (literally) have had some seat time?

 

Put 200 miles on this AM. Half I drove and half right seat with my son driving. 3d seats more conforming and supportive although harder but in a good way. Hard to explain. Standard insert you seem to sink into while 3D you sit on/in. Not sure worth the price but they are better.

your build is close to my own so this feedback is helpful.
apparently these inserts fit on the passenger side of early GT4s. I’m still trying to find out what changed with newer cars that these are a no-go
