For anyone who has filed this claim, do you need your current registration or the one when you bought the car?

You need proof of purchase (sales contract) and proof of current ownership (registration).

I looked into this to find out what it was about as I had a 2015 Cayman S which I had since sold but was eligible to be included in the suit. However, to be honest I thought the milage on the car was pretty good for the performance and did not pursue it.

I submitted claims for 3 P-cars, but I never once checked the mileage, nor do I on my current one...IDGAF.

Has anyone seen a payment out of this program? According to the website, settlements were approved...and payments were to have started to be issued a few weeks ago.

(I haven't called the toll free number yet...but happy to do so in a few days if nobody here has a solid update.)

Nothing yet, wouldn't it be funny if we get identical looking prepaid visa debit cards for each car submitted and each card has different amounts on top of that. This way Porsche could punish those that submitted multiple cars LOL. They also paid for this from raising the MSRP by quite a bit this year.

UPDATE: The paralegals and attorneys are still 'at it'. Now reviewing documentation of all claimants before payments are issued. Estimate given is February 1 before payments are issued.

Scout's Promise: Porsche will get ALL of any settlement money I receive back--and then some.

Beautiful car. Kind of Ferrari-ish.

I don't remember submitting a claim and I'm not sure which car it was for but I got a $200 check yesterday. Beer money!
