Yes my price went up when I got the call to put in my spec sheet . Production date Oct22 , delivery in jan 23 . Excited as I know how hard to get an allocation especially in Australia .

OK, finally maybe something real is happening on my non PTS, no CXX , no Weissach GT4RS.
Last month freeze date kept moving up.. it finally set on July 5
Placeholders for rest of schedule kept moving up.. alway on Fridays. TYD went down yesterday.
NOW this AM my Schedule for production finally stopped moving and happened yesterday, now July 19
Hopefully that means actual Production will stop moving and maybe set also.. although looks like now major
hiccup is we're now bumping into European vacation and it shows place holder completion end of August
That's interesting, my status is V170 and I also have PTS but no CXX. I think when the status will change to V250 once the freeze date comes.
If it's PTS you wil reach V215 first...mine just went V215 late June. It's locked and I can't change anything....still holding the August production date. Crossing fingers!
update: was just told, cxx will push the build date to march 2023. Porsche, in case you are reading it, you are just too good. The hood is already carbon fiber to begin with, even without the WP. You charge more by not painting the hood, showing the CF underneath. Then you want to charge AGAIN by painting back the strip onto the hood, which requires way less amount of paint when someone does not order WP to begin with - the whole hood will be painted over.
Just genius. I knew it is a problem when I came back to the P world.
I have 111 days to reach freeze date based on the porsche progress website... I must have gotten a late allocation, albeit it is a PTS one...oh well, but it certainly does not sit too well with me, as this is the first time I am paying a ADM for it.

my understanding is the cost associated with the “unpainted” hood is the level of effort for pattern matching the carbon fiber since it exposed. That doesn’t need to be done on fully painted hoods. Not saying I agree with their pricing/options approach but I think there are different grades of carbon fiber hoods they use depending on if they are painted or not.
My pts build was submitted mid May with a dealer delivery around the end of October. Current delivery date has been moved to the beginning of December.
My original build date was July with Sept delivery, but added PTS and that moved it back to a Sept build date with a Nov delivery. Delivery was recently pushed back to Dec. Let's see if it gets pushed back again.
