Just took delivery today. The damn headlight was broken.

I understand stuff happens, but the frequency of issues I’m seeing (minor or not) is frustrating from Porsche. This is my fifth order and I don’t recall snafus like this on the earlier cars. Even my 992 had some questionable build artifacts (weather gasket around the window trim). Love these cars, but I’ve never have mistakes like this happen with other brands. Will likely reach out to PCNA in hopes they optimize processes a bit here…

Wouldn't it be better to try and go through the dealer first?

Dealer ordered the part and is fixing the car. I don’t want anything else, other than Porsche knowing they installed a part that completely blocks the functionality of an RS car feature. Not sure production issues will get fixed without some sort of feedback loop.

how do you mean broken? Do you think it was a transportation mishap?

The PDLS doesn't work appropriately. So one headlight is looking to the right lol. It looks like it has a lazy eye; funny, but not on a $200k+ Porsche.
