Still waiting patiently, my next updated completion date is for mid November but no updates so far to indicate it will be any sooner than this. My car production was started in July and waiting for cxx hood stripe. Hope my final completion happens soon.

Congrats Thinker23 on the completion of your new car!

Updated delivery date. Now set to arrive 11/18. I was taking off the week during Thanksgiving. It just got a whole lot better.

My PTS allocation was suppose to start production on 11/8.
Yesterday it got pushed to 12/5.
Anyone else have PTS and it pushed back?

Over the weekend I was at a track day and saw so many GT4 RS ‘ it was nuts. It’s nice to see so many out driving but I couldn’t help thinking that the scarcity mindset most of us experienced when paying adm was 100% manufactured. (I was under the scarcity spell too). There were 6 I counted and I probably forgot one. Haha.

With that said - do I regret it? nope! this car is the real deal. So much fun. I hope I continue seeing them used as intended.

If you were at Laguna on Sunday, I was there as well! I was in the red GT4 RS. I think we were in the same run group. Love the track right now—really smooth and fast.

I was hoping there would be a lot more RS’ produced so I could escape the dreaded ADM, but it wasn’t to be—I still count myself lucky to have gotten a build slot. I was glad to see so many out there…honestly its good they aren’t the rarest thing. More on the road means they’d be less precious and we probably wouldn’t have needed to pay ADM.

Speaking of scarcity, It was cool seeing a 997 RS 4.0 out there too. There’s someone using their GT car right.

They are still producing them. Plenty of allocations recently released, and more to come.

Porsche has no strong reason to hold back production, since the 4RS likely won't be followed by a next generation of a similar car, so producing more now doesn't result in a glut which reduces future demand.

People who thought Porsche would only make a few of these cars were duped. Porsche is in business to sell cars.

I personally see rarity as a huge downside. As I mentioned, I wish they made more so ADM wasn’t a thing, but it’s simply unavoidable for non-VIPs, and I was happy to pay a reasonable amount to get access to one.

Any thought of it disappears after the first drive anyway.

good thing they keep pumping them out, which means less attractive to speculators & for our enthusiasts down the road there's gonna be like great amount(30k+ or more) modern gt cars of different flavors to pick from

TYD shows the car is in the US at the port since 11/11. Delivery to dealer is Saturday 11/18. Hoping the car doesn’t spend too much more time at the port.
