Default Current sale prices of the 2020 Spyder

Any insights would be appreciated. I’m trading my 2020 Spyder in for a 2022 Spyder but I’m getting lowballed by the dealer so I may try to sell my Spyder privately. My Spyder has 12k miles, GT Silver, Classic interior, LWBS, LEDs, Bose, car play, Sticker was 114k. Does anyone know what would be realistic price for a quick sale or have some transaction data. I’ve seen 2020 Spyders on the web for $125k+ which seems really high and these are asking prices not the selling prices.

Thanks in advance

Use this to give you a guess on asking prices:
https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/car-valuation

I think it's pretty accurate. I've sold three cars using their numbers and gotten pretty much right on the money each time.

I'm assuming dealer is offering you 100-105k. They will list your Spyder for 120-130k.

If you throw it up here at MSRP-120k I bet you it will sell quickly.

Thanks all for the quick responses.

If they offered 105k I would’ve taken it because the tax saving would have made it more like $114k which is fair. Maybe I will heed your advice and look into the rennlist classifieds.

A lot of it is they are running a little scared because of what the stock market has been doing the last 6 month. Its also very location dependent and how big the territory is they service. In addition to the usual games they play.

Ask your dealer if they will do a pass through? Ask if they will CPO the unit and handle paperwork for a buyer?

My dealer called and said he had an allocation so I decided to grab it. I want to try a different color and check out the PCCBs. All of my pcars for the past 14 years have been Black or Silver.

What color are you planning to go with? PCCB’s are my one big regret due to brake dust. All my previous Porsches have been silver or white (all my other cars have been white or some shade of grey too).

wow that's low for sure. Can they do a pass through with a bit paper work fee for you? If so you can have the car sold here within 1hour with 105 asking imo, if it's a reasonable spec of course

Chalk. I know not a radical change but I really liked the color on a Carrera 4S I had down in Miami
