15lbs is the weight of the old pneumatic lift as fitted to 991.2GT3 and previous gens. The new hydraulic lift introduced with the 991.2GT3 RS weighs half as much, about 7lbs.

Parked my 981 next to the RS this past weekend. I believe this car was parked in the lifted position. But that lip is definitely longer than the regular gt4 so that is the issue rather than the ride height.

Departure angle. It really isn't that much lower than a 911 diffuser if at all, but it does seems to stick out farther. Just means going dead slow when clearing the rear axle on bumps just so the suspension doesn't go into compression.

Did a double-take seeing that picture... I have two very similar cars. 4RS WP in Arctic Grey and a 991 Turbo S in Agate.

It also shows nicely the difference between the standard headlights (top) and the PDLS LED headlights (bottom).

The FAL system raises 30mm at front wheel suspension. This equates to 42mm increase clearance of the front splitter when engaged. A problem is that it drops the rear by 11mm (due to the fixed geometry of the rear suspension when the front suspension is lifted) .Angle of entry is 8-9 degrees taken 'square' but 10-12 degrees entering at an angle. Exiting a driveway the rear diffuser, if the FAL is engaged is at risk. Suggestion is not to engage the FAL till the rear has cleared the driveway culvert.
The front lip splitter is also 'attached' to the vehicle with two flexible 'rods' that can flex sideways to allow the splitter to deflect upwards if you hit something. Good design.

Is this an analysis of reversing out of a driveway? Going into one? Going out forward facing?

Going in forward, reversing out.
After two weeks I have not scraped at all. An observer positioned when reversing out of driveway, I would hit rear diffuser if FAL engaged. So I have FAL off till rear clear, engage FAL to allow front splitter to clear.

600mi so far on my car. 0 scrapes. In and out of gas stations, bumpy roads fully compressed suspension etc etc. No scraping.

Scraped more on my 2018 GT3. So who knows. Would I have ordered FAL given the chance? Probably.

But so far on the 4RS I don’t miss it. I’ll update if I do end up scraping.

I think I have scarped my front lip (GT4) a handful of times but the rear diffusor takes all the beating from living in Brooklyn

As mentioned...the major problem is the rear diffuser and the aero devices just after the front wheels....these last ones are held by just 3 snap-on clip/rivet, just found that I was missing 2 on each side.

Front lift is a must here in Houston. 80miles in on this one after I picked it up after being Xpel Stealth wrapped.

My 3RS coming in December will also have the front lift. People that dont like to keep their cars need to remember the front lift is a big deal on resale.

Is the GT4rs lift the same as the 991.2 GT3 lift?

It's the same lift as the newer hydraulic one fitted to the 991.2GT3 RS and not the older heavier less reliable pneumatic one as fitted to the 991.2GT3.
