I daily drove my 19 gt3rs for almost 3 years, absolutely do not get the buckets, they f’ing suck.

I’ll never get a normal Gt3/gt4 with them. The no cost on the rs, maybe but wow do that suck and I’m 33 and in great shape and they f’ing suck and are for Porsche coffee and cars braggers

I also track all the time and I will be tracking my gt4 as well and am absolutely not getting them either

total poser item imo

I'm keeping a close eye on this thread as I am really curious on if you do actually get the allocation or not. Does he have any info on when it would be accepted?
This is the latest as of yesterday:

We are simply waiting to be able to order the 2023 cars. Until then, I won’t have a commission number for you. Should be soon!

Agree 99% since I am sure there are some dedicated trackers that would vouch for them. Regardless I still say that the standard seats are the best all around seat for most.

The roll hoops in the default color(black) is the way to go in my opinion. The line of the humps come up and go off into infinity. When the hoops are painted body color, that line ends very abruptly. On the Boxster I think it looks classy as that line is straight AND it is already broken by the top right behind it. But the Spyder humps go right up to that roll bar!

I went with the black hoops on my Spyder. Looks better IMO.

I've heard its super hit or miss depending on the person and the body type. I drove my friends 981 GT4 and she has the bucket seats. I found them to be insanely comfortable and could see myself sit in them for a long time. She on the other hand didn't like them and said she's glad she got them for the track but she wouldn't like them otherwise.

Also, sitting in them for 10-15 minutes is very different than an hour imo.

And don't get me wrong, I suffered in them for 3 years with a smile on my face ear to ear, just wouldn't voluntarily do that again haha

wasn't in them for an hour for sure, but my previous car was a Honda S2000 with Recaro Pole Positions. And I did many multi hour trips in that car and was totally fine. And I can say 100% those are not as comfortable as the Porsche buckets.

But yeah, I do get what you are saying.

Been a while since I shared the status of my order. For the sceptiques, it’s real. Order freeze is tomorrow. The dates on their tracker are a bit wack vs what my dealer is telling me.

And I also changed my configuration. After seeing chalk in person, it didn’t resonate with me as much as I expected. I really wanted aurum wheels though but I don’t think it works with this color combo. It would have felt too WRXy… http://www.porsche-code.com/PPIUIIQ6
