Spyder & GT4 Production, can you still order?

I was afraid this was going to happen, no MY 2023's!
I snagged a Spyder allocation from an East Coast dealer through a Broker November 2, had to pay the Broker Fee (he was awesome BTW) and an ADM. Worth every penny for both - I knew there was a good chance this would happen, and if I didn't grab that allocation, I might never get one. And I *really* wanted one.
Per my signature, expected delivery date is May 27, no delays so far. Locks in March. Whew!

"Partial" disassembly ~$6k, with $1,500 of that being paint correction following. That's including windsheild removal (which I want to replace anyway to freshen). True total breakdown cost would have to be in person to check car. But given the job may have to be done again in 5-7 years, why get every part disassembled? They can match factory color if paint code available.

I'm convinced Adrift's car is the last GT4/spyder that is going to be made, so if he makes another change and it doesn't move his date again, I would consider that as the end of production. I guess MY22 being the end would be good for us current owners as there still seems to be a lot of demand, but seems like there is still a ton of demand left so seems odd they wouldn't prolong it to MY23. Did the 718 GT4 production even eclipse 981 GT4 production yet? last time I saw someone post the production numbers I think it was still less 718s than 981s.

Remember in Canada the configurator let us still build a 991.2 911 or GT3 up until about spring of 2021 lol.

Do they end production when demand tails off, or when other commitments take over that production capacity? Being a fly on the wall in that planning meeting (6 months ago?) would have been very interesting.
And for the record, my build will not be changing again, unless Porsche says “change it to irons or you lose your build spot.” Once burned…

lol My SA has even assured me that the last vehicle off a production line has special collectible status. Jokingly, of course…?

How can you not make a change at this point . It's like a big red button that says do not push..... You just gotta know what happens if you do.

I like JAhmed’s prediction it’ll turn into a panamera.
If I fell off the end and managed to complain / threaten my way into a spyder rs allocation…

Hey everyone,
Was watching the Cars with Luke video where he picked up a PTS GT4 and he said that apparently Porsche stopped taking orders for the GT4 about 2 weeks ago (at the 4 minute mark).
Here is the link to the video:
Mine will be going into production on Friday according to My Porsche. Anyone know more information on this topic?
