As a wiseman once said, "If your carbon ceramic brakes don't dust, you don't need them!".

Another way of looking at this from a performance point of view might be putting the $8000 elsewhere.

Consider adding a set of Dundon headers to your car with stock iron rotors. The cost will be about the same. My money is on the Dundon equipped car being faster on track and more fun too drive on the twistiest. Oh, and then there’s the sound👍. When you sell the car you’ll get at least half your money back for the headers. I call that a win and it is what I am doing first. RadI-Cals to follow with a similar thought process.

One of the big things stopping me from CCB's is the fact I always manage to bump my brake disc every time I remove a wheel from my car. I'd be super paranoid of damaging the things that it feels like it would be an inevitability.
I always use either a renntool (center lock) or RSS (5 lug) to work with wheels ...

I need to get something like this regardless of what brakes I have.

I have the wheel guides and they’re a very handy thing.

Easily noticeable, I noted an improved feel for the road, at the same time more planted and a better willingness to turn.

I drove my car back to back with a GT4 equipped with iron rotors, very obvious.

The faster you go the more dramatic the feel is as well. That mass isn't only unsprung, but rotating as well. The weight saving is multiplied once it starts spinning.

What the serious track guys actually do is downsize their rims to 18 or 19 inch so they are able to run different tyres. CCB's are too big to fit under those so they don't even consider it because they get better performance by running proper semi slick tyres.
