It's back. I closed the page I'd been refreshing for days (always with the same results: temporarily unavailable) and went back to the original email inviting me to join. Clicked on the link from that, and the site opened immediately, and has been open and working consistently for the last 3 days (plus, my car is now on its way to Emden with a projected delivery date 7 days earlier than the first guesstimate.)

 

Glad you posted this. I still couldn't get it to come up and then after reading your post I went back to the email and now I'm in again. Thanks!

 

If anyone is still having issues loading the page, I am having the same problem but I found it works everytime if you use the app. "MyPorsche"

 

I went back into MyPorsche, and it knows that my car has a VIN #, but it doesn't give me any opportunity to access Track Your Dream. It also shows my car (Silver Spyder) as a Python Green Boxster GTS.... Been this way for the last few days...

 

Did you get an email invite from Porsche to join TrackYourDream? I've been told by others that unless you're "invited", you can't get in. I guess initially it was exclusively for 911 owners but it's slowly expanding to include other cars. I ordered in July, but didn't get my invite until 9 Sep. Hope you find a way to access it. It's nice seeing the countdown of days along with the map of where it is between Zuff and my dealer.

 

Actually the app isn't working for me. I can't see my car in the app, although I could a few days ago. I'm not even sure where in the app to go. It used to just show up, now there's nothing there and I see no links to TYD.

One other difference I noticed today: I used to have to log into the app every time i used it, now it remembers me, but again, no access to my car via TYD or any way to get to TYD in the app that I can find.

 

I have never had a problem going to the Porsche USA website, clicking on My Porsche and then the button to get to the TYD schedule. Works every time.

I've never been invited by Porsche into the TYD portion of the app, and never seen the TYD button (although I think that my car has actually already been produced). Thanks fibredog for taking the time to show us what it should look like.

 

My TYD only works on the trackyourdream.porsche.com website, via the link in the email they sent me. Neither the My Porsche app nor my.porsche.com shows my new car, only my existing car. As mentioned above, I also occasionally have to go back to the original e-mail to get it to work.

 

Yes, this is normal. However, yesterday, this wasn't displaying...there was no car image, no status indicator, and no "Track Your Dream" button. Today it's working on the website, however, the app doesn't work for me still.
