HOLY HANNAH! That's gouging at it's finest. I was actually pretty happy to hear that ADM was only 60k. I get it's a very in demand car, but still....that's a ton of options lol. There's a local guy to our dealership that has all of his cars in threes. So 2 GT3s have arrived and he has 1 more coming. He also has 3 918s, one for each property. That kind of stuff just blows my mind

If you shopping by price there is a 2020 one in Quebec for 128g Cad which is around 103000 USD. White with the classic interior. KM are high but it's 'cheap' and not a bad looking spec.

I was just joking with you. So many of these dealers are just throwing ridiculous asking prices on these cars so that when they sell them only for a kinda crazy price, the buyer thinks they negotiated a great deal. I made that assertion about a car one of these gouging dealers had on the 991 GT3 For Sale thread and the dealer came on and laughingly argued that he's getting within 1-2 percent of asking price. Meanwhile, he refused to say what he actually got for the PTS Touring that he had priced about $130k over sticker ($60k more than anything similar out in the marketplace), and I continue to watch him repeatedly drop the prices on his other cars for sale on RL marketplace. There are a number of Porsche dealers out there that play this game with their GT cars.

And my Spyder as extended warranty, PPF all around and Nano ceramic coating! But I need to sell it in Canada to recoup my taxes for my next car!

Ok just to put things in perspective for you, just paid $129k for a 2020 718 Spyder 3k miles on odometer with only options buckets, pccb, and apple car play and CPO (5 years total coverage from now)
I know for a fact that 1st seller sold it for $100k a year or so ago and current MSRP for same build is $115k for brand new 2022.
Can't find allocations and can't predict when will be delivered, i guess that costs $15k if you want to drive car now, seems somewhat reasonable...

Even a theoretical buyer paying $150k over for a $164K GT3 with another $45k in options could enjoy the car and feel good about the purchase as long as they can rationalize the decision to themselves. I am confident that I could never rationalize that GT3 purchase to myself, but someone could...

Dealer did change pricing from 112 MSRP to 138,950. I would pay over MSRP for a few cars---911R, Carrera GT, 918, 458 Speciale etc. There is a lot of new money out there now chasing too few goods. The new money from crypto currency, ammunition dealers, NFT's etc. That is fantastic but it is not my situation. I'm very happy and will eventually find a car. The funds I don't use for ADM will be spent on good wine, Porsche Track Experience or motorcycle track days, etc.
I go to work and spend less than I earn and have discretionary fund for the "luxury goods".

I saw this 718 Spyder on Porsche finder and located at Hennessy. Salesperson told me on Saturday that it is available and asking price is $138K and the $112 number is MSRP. Almost 25% over MSRP-I want one but don't need one that bad.
No reason for me to call them ever again.

That is fine. My issue was the advertised price (in screenshot) and then telling me different price on the phone. Just don't advertise lower prices to generate phone calls. I am sure Hennessy does not need my business. Plenty of CA money moving to north ATL.

I have a friend who is getting 992 GT3 at MSRP. The only hitch is that he has to sign a contract that he has to sell it back to the dealership (RFR at least) when and if he does sell.

and consider used ones, they may not have your perfect specs but you get used to it... I went from a fully loaded 991 Turbo with pdls+ led's to having manual a/c and bi-xenon's with only partial leather and no heated seats or steering wheel. haha! Would do it again, it's a special car
