Default Help/Suggestions with new GT4 build

Any help/suggestions/ ideas with code PNR8PXH0 https://bit.ly/2YM4WAx would be greatly appreciated. As with previous P cars I try to keep the car simple but well equipped, no track time. This build locks within 2 weeks.
Thanks!

Overall, it's a good looking build! Classy—nothing really stands out as missing or deserves to be changed.

Only thing I'd recommend considering is going with the red deviated sticking and door handles to complement your 12'oclock steering wheel marker in red. It's not a necessity, but since GT Silver is a very calm, classic exterior, having a bit of color would offer some nice energy to an otherwise neutral interior and exterior combo.

Perhaps this will help some folks out. Feel free to copy/paste it to your post.

Strangely, the usual Porsche code URL isn't working for me.

May I suggest going with LEDs and deleting power folding mirrors?

Other thing that may be nice is 2zone climate control.

It’d be easier if you posted a link.

I'm curious why no folding mirrors? Weight, not useful?

Thanks for the suggestions, I will look into the LEDs, never had them before and I don't do much night driving

Thanks!
I would add PCCB's. Pricey, but you'll get your money back when you sell and you'll love not having brake dust all over the wheels in ten minutes of driving.

Thanks Kelvin, I had the red deviated stitching in a previous car, I liked it but wanted a more subdued interior for the GT4.

The mirrors really don't stick out that much and it adds extra complexity where it isn't really needed. I'm guessing some people just like the way it looks folded in.

Using one’s brakes is highly overrated. 🤣

I skipped the folding mirrors and do not miss them. I do wish I had ordered the dual zone climate control. I recommend the lighting package and auto dimming mirrors with rain sensors.

Lighting package is subtle, but worth it IMO.

I agree with many of the excellent suggestions above. And GT Silver is a beautiful choice, I had it on my last 911.

The dual zone climate upgrade name is a bit misleading. Some think it just means you get single zone automatic AC without it. But no, it is actually manually adjusted temperature and fan settings. Unless you are in a very temperate location, having to frequently adjust the heat/cool **** like in a 1960s can get annoying.

Folding mirrors is one of the few options I didn't get. I prefer the look of the car without the mirrors folded. In the rare situation I might want to fold them I can manually grab and fold them in, but the chance I'll ever park my car next to anything close on the sides is really slim.

I agree that the auto-dimming mirrors are good unless you aren't planning on driving at night. They really should be standard. The rain sensing wipers happens to come with that and are kinda nice too but are not a must.

The light design package really does help the car interior feel much nicer in the dark. The colored accents in various recesses are a nice touch.

I'm really looking forward to PCCBs after trying to keep the wheels clean on four prior Porsches. They were a must for me when I decide to get another Pcar. Whether that's something you feel warrants big bucks is up to you though.

Be sure you've tried the full buckets before committing. The shape works fine for some body shapes and backs and not as well for others. The upright sitting position is loved by some and hated by others, but you can get aftermarket adjusters for that. If you plan on wearing a helmet take yours along and try the seats with that on to make sure your head position is still comfortable with the helmet on.
