I put 1-3 kilometers, but mine did grind a few times up until 5500 miles. I’m at 7000 miles now and none since doing the slight pause approach.
A bad day in the office doesn't count!

Still Grinds every now and then. Such a weird issue. I'm at 5k and still perplexed by this and I've been following the threads and trying all the "techniques" . It's a rare occurrence but still rears it's awful grind once in a while.
