MSRP does not exist for these cars in the current market, unless you are one heck of a VIP.

This one is available new w/ $40k ADM right now.

So they list it at $200k, but they actually want $240k?

New cars show up at MSRP on the official Porsche site but when you call the price is not MSRP. That's how it works at many dealers. Even a few MSRP dealers I called said yeah they'll sell it to me at MSRP but requires a 10k watch, 15k PPF, financing and a GT car trade in.

Yep. Been tracking the market for a little bit, 40k ADM, while absurd, isn't as bad as what many other dealers have wanted in recent months.

Yeah 40-50k over MSRP seems to be about market for an already landed car depending on the spec. Unfortunately to get your own allocation to spec the dealers want a premium to landed cars which seems to be 50k+ for an allocation to spec.

A friends car just hit Park Places Porsches website for sale. PTS deep sea blue. Checked all the boxes. Full PPF as well since he purchased it. Stunner in person. Priced fair.

I'm waiting for MSRP too so I bring down my cost basis as well.

Fits the car well, with the carbon hood my personal opinion is darker colors really match it well.

At MSRP it's a real bargain. It's such a fun car to drive. I can see why people are paying 50K over.

Yeah I have a high spec PTS, PCCB, Mag wheel 4RS already along with my manual 981 GT4. I'd buy another 4RS at MSRP and just get a stripper spec for only an extra 40-50k on top of my 981 GT4, basically a no brainer LOL. But I know MSRP allocations aren't out there for someone walking in off the street right now.

So at what price are used low miles 4RS actually selling? My dealer has a nice one sitting at $244k for weeks and there are no takers. They went down their call list, starting with me, and everyone said No.

The 4RS is a very fine car, but I think the most suitable buyer is a serious track driver, second most suitable is someone who wants a dramatic PDK road car which lacks mid-range punch, so that narrows the range of likely buyers substantially.
