Default 718 Spyder Arrived This Am

Shipped from Rusnak in Pasadena (amazing dealer) to Sarasota. Ironically, a Carerra S in the same color was being dropped off locally. Just dropped it off for PPF and ceramic coat, will be on the road with it this weekend! The Spyder is sexier!

Very nice - looks like the Lakewood Ranch area - I'm originally from SRQ area. Glad you received your Spyder - I'm still waiting until late October to receive mine. If you really want to drive and enjoy some great roads, a trip up to the Blue Ridge Mountains area would be suggested.

Congrats on the delivery. I’m also in Sarasota. Who are you using for ppf and ceramic?

Great to be around other community members! I’m actually in LWR but not many folks know where that’s at so I round up Currently using Caroll Clear Bra and Tinting, he’s done a few of my Lambo’s and does a lot of local exotics. Top notch. Boutique, not a retail shop per se. I’ve also used Sage in LWR and Ceramic Pro for a few other cars. They both do nice work.

+1

More athletic looking Spyder with a skimpy top, compared with a more bloated 992 with tankini.

I think there may be a reversal on the folklore of what car the hair dresser would drive now!

I’ll have to look into Caroll. I’ve used Ceramic Pro before but would like to try someone else.

IMO the Spyder is an absolutely gorgeous car. And when she takes her top off way sexier than the 911 cab.

Good eye Dan Nagy!
But it looks like a '69, so leave it on the truck.
YMMV

Congrats! Looks amazing. Enjoy in good health! Chalk look fantastic with a bit of overcast.

I'm the opposite of you, I'll do anything to avoid Rusnak in Pasadena. I'm around 30 miles away and will only buy my cars from Champion. I'm still waiting on a, "hey hows the car?!" call or email from the salesperson who sold my my 991.2 at Rusnak vs having to beg Champion to stop sending me swag.
