Pie charts of build data sheet

For me, the most interesting stat is the 6MT vs PDK. I believe AP mentioned in one of the videos I've seen that he argued with PAG to keep the 6MT alive with the GT models and PAG resisted but ultimately gave him a chance and as it turns out, I recall him saying that the GT models (718 and 911) have a take rate of about 75% which is inline with what I'm seeing here.

Correct as this is all data points so 2020 was forced to be 6MT. I didn't break down my data sheet by MY but either way, it seems that the data matches what AP said. I suppose there is a way for me to extrapolate the MY21 data based on delivery date but that would be too much work.

Nice job! I would appreciate it if we can have a total count of different models, #s of spyder, GT4, BGTS/CGTS4.0, etc. btw, this is from the Non-PTS database, yes?

Will be interesting to see what happens with 992 GT3s also. I wonder if 992 GT3's will have more manuals sold vs PDK than 991.2's.

Well, I downloaded your database and plotted the raw count of all the 718 4.0 engine models. Here is the plot:
It seems like a good number of 718 4.0 owners registered their car build to your database.

LOL! It's not really that they couldn't decide but many times, the data entered into the spreadsheet is from me reading the forums and people providing random info here and there about their builds. In those cases, I add their info to the spreadsheet but when they don't clarify if it's a Cayman or Boxster GTS 4.0, I simply enter it as GTS 4.0. As I learn if it's a Cayman or Boxster, I update accordingly.

Obviously this does not align with dealer allocations for the various models. I don’t know the allocation numbers, but surely there are more BGTS and CGTS allocations than GT4s and Spyders but the data suggests otherwise. So perhaps the data also indicates a higher level of enthusiasm to participate in the forum by GT4 and Spyder owners.
However, as one of the 6.8% BGTS 4.0 (almost) owners, I can tell you that I am way more excited to be receiving this car than my 992 C2S.
