@marsh Congrats from a fellow Canadian! Car looks incredible.
Quick question on your front dashcam. Where did the installer route the cables? I've done it on my Audi and it was simple as the interior trims were not as tight fitting. The Porsche quality is on another level, the trim pieces are SO tight it is hard to squeeze some cables through.
Just wanted to get an idea how your install was done.
I actually installed it myself and it was not too bad - I only had to remove a couple of trim pieces. I had a BMW M2c before this and also installed the dashcam in it myself and it was about the same level of effort.
Front:
-I popped off the plastic surround by the rear view mirror and routed the cables under there
-I used a trim tool to push the wires under the headliner
-At the seam where the A-pillar starts, I used a trim tool to push the wires under the seam
-Then tucked the wires under the rubber door seal until it reached the bottom
-The power line then tucked under the seam of the carpeted piece that has the fuse box
-The rear camera line went under the plastic piece by the door sill (I can't remember if I removed it or just tucked it under) and then up the plastic trim up to the seat belt area
Rear:
-I mounted it on a tab that hooked onto the headliner (otherwise if mounting on the window you'd need to remove the trim of the hatch which was a hassle I did not want to go through)
-This made it easy to just push the wire under the headliner
-I tried to remove the trim piece (the one with the light on it) but could not figure out how to do it, so I just pushed the wire under the seam and then tucked it round the window area
-I removed the trim piece where the seatbelt was and zip-tied any excess wire

Do you have any recommendations for a good trim-tool?
Well, since I can't get a GT4RS allocation, I guess this is the next best thing - swan neck GT4 RS replica rear wing from Automotive Passion. I don't track the car so its purely for the visual look, I wanted something that looked OEM. Now I just have to wait 3 months to take out of winter storage

Looks great, consider posting same in one of the GT4 -- RS wing swap threads like:
Gotta say you guys are hitting it out of the park, the curves of the swan neck wing just go so well with the rest of the car design, like the carbon end plates too
I'm loving your build, an aggressive look, with an awesome, but under the radar colour, It's pretty close to perfect!
I have only seen one 4.0 L 718 in the wild in Toronto so far, It may even have been yours; was driving around Queen and Ossington in my Avatar and got really excited to see a gorgeous Silver GT4. 911s are a dime a dozen in Toronto (a friend of mine calls them Bay St. taxi cabs lol) but 981/982 cars are surprisingly absent from the scene.

I've got one downtown (but it's a 981)
Just got back from a cross-country road trip so she's all tucked in for winter now.
