PPF on the Wing

PPF on the Wing
Hello all,
I got my GT4 fully wrapped in Stek and my installer did not hide the edges on the round, pointing front spokes on both ends of the wing.
I was wondering if anyone could share how did your installer do or hide the edges on that area so I can have a compare.
thank you a ton!!

I had to get my wing redone because of this. After the first 200ish mile of driving these forward facing cuts started to catch dirt and lifting the ppf. I’d recommend keeping track of this part. Using some detailers spray to make the dirt stick less might also be helpful.

Make sure and do your research on your installer/shop!

My PPF installer has replaced panels for problems I could not even see....get a different installer if he does not take care of it. I always tell people: Shop the installer, not the product!

should I be expecting at least one edge on the two sides of the spoke like the one in the pictures posted by rp2000r? It is even possible to have a seamless wrap on that spoke?

Saikitjk, I'm in the industry and as the others have already said...that's very bad. I'm curious of the rest of your install. Although I'm with one of the major players in the film world, I agree with Bob Z. wholeheartedly. I'll try and rem to get you some pics of mine tomorrow.

thank you!
The rest of the install is not as bad as the wing. I can clearly tell the rest and the wing are done by two different persons.
One good thing is the shop is willing to back their work and I can bring it back whenever I see something that needs to be addressed but I would prefer they do everything right in the first place so I can skip numerous visits.
