Default multi-function display of temperatures and pressure

Does the multi-function display of coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure show actual real values or processed values indicating a metric of some kind? The kind of thing I'm talking about is where the oil pressure stays at some level, like 4.5 bar, instead of moving with RPM. Another example is how the coolant temperature is fixed at 175 degrees on warm-up (like on my 2008 Cayman S) despite the fact that data logging shows it going significantly higher and moving around depending on load.

Not my experience- the pressure and voltage vary with rpm and the temps vary with rpm and speed - they would appear to be a true dynamic representation of what’s happening

My GT4 is not here yet, but my 2017 718 Boxster S appears to show the boost pressure, oil temp, and oil pressure accurately. The coolant temperature, however, stays pegged at 194F no matter what happens and I believe this is not a real indication.

It will be a pleasant surprise if the GT4 showed the coolant temp accurately.

The GT cars have accurate sensors, unlike the rest of the Porsches which use a buffer. My 981 GTS was accurate and all 3,coolant and oil temp and oil pressure varied with load and conditions,

Great to hear that the gauges show the true readings. Thanks!
