I would also like to raise the height by about 10mm due to the extremely bad road conditions and humungous car breakers in my part of the world. any help is appreciated..

Ive never went in and measured, but I’d hazard a guess and say there’s at least an inch or more of thread body available for you to raise the car. 10mm is doable.

No adverse effects on firmness by lowering the vehicle.

did you add/change any components, other than just lowering .4 on the stock coils?
