Pricing for Wrap
I plan on getting some protection for my Spyder when it comes in. It would be great to get some of the prices people have paid.
It would help to get the extent of the wrap (full, bra only, bra and lower sides, etc.), material (Xpel, etc.) and part of the country/world, to help the rest of us to get the best pricing locally.
Thanks in advance.

If you're looking for someone in the central Va area, check with Joe Deroche at Capital Autobahnd ( https://www.capitalautobahnd.com ) in Richmond, VA. He does great work!

Figure on $5000-$8000 for a full car covering of xpel at an authorized dealer.
When you are looking at quotes from various vendors, make sure you understand what each one includes. For example cheaper quotes might be for installing only template-cut ppf with no customizations at all. Meanwhile a higher quality install will include customized extended templates that wrap around edges, tuck into panel seams, removal and reinstallation of badges, etc. This all requires more labor hours. The ppf product itself is generally uniformly priced. So differences in quoted prices will largely be due to labor rate and labor hours.

I suggest when shopping for an installer, ask to see samples of their work... and I’m not talking photos... physical cars. Look at how they wrap the edges, their cuts. If you see stretch marks, creases... those are red flags.

I had everything except the rear bumper and trunk lid wrapped in Xpel for $3600.

My Xpel was done by Roadrunner Protective Films in Portland, Oregon. Highly recommend his work... best in the area. I know of people that ship cars to him from out of state. He does a ton of Ferrari’s. He use to work at a body shop so he is quite familiar with removing things... example door mirrors to get zero seams. He did every painted surface and both headlamps and tail lamps. I also did Feynlab ceramic coating for all PPF and wheels/calipers. Full Xpel PPF was $6500 and took a week to do everything. Check out the detail he did for the Bentley he recently did... full color change: https://www.instagram.com/roadrunner_protective_films/
