Agreed, gorgeous!...but too late for any change now. I even like the silver wheels on that photo....

Guess I will have to live with those red reflectors back there.....
Here are mine painted Gentian Blue from TAG. I was warned of rear fog as well, but figured I would never use it on this car.

Are reflectors so completely useless to be so easily eliminated or just painted over?

Nice, how did you replace them? Did you have to remove the rear bumper? I have heard they are not easy to do as on the 991, where I had Eric paint them and I popped them in and out.

Here's another option that's less expensive than painting & has some colour choices. It's a newer product of theirs.

Miserable. Had a 991.2 as well, and they are not even close to that easy. They pop out, but with a ton of force. There is a screw that I could not reach without removing the bumper, so I just applied a lot of pressure and more or less ripped the OEM ones out. No issue in 2000 miles since with the replacements. If you want to do it right, remove the bumper so you can get to that screw that is on each reflector.

Maybe paint the ugly tin colored exhaust can? I did that before worrying about the reflectors

Good point. I guess I have not felt it worth the time investment yet since I have a JCR exhaust on order.

No, I just inquired with them about a product for this. It's $20 & I figured if it doesn't look good I'll go with painting them.

So I decided to try out those tinted laminx reflector covers in the link above. Thought I would report back. I went with gunsmoke which is the 2nd lightest of the tints. For $20 and easy application I'm happy with the final result.

These were for rear reflectors even though the picture is for side markers
