Congrats and thanks for sharing. I've added you to the database. It looks like you have further out delivery date that has been reported here. People might be interested in knowing this as many people have been looking for allocations and have been told none are available. What was your allocation month for your build?
I'm in the UK so the ordering process is different. The dealership is allocated cars for the year and I'm told that my build won't be locked until very late since car is a late Q4 car. The last time I ordered the build lock was 3 weeks before i got the car. Things may have changed with Brexit but i have no idea.

Got it.. Thanks for the clarification. That is a different process than in the US and it appears that our dealers are given allocations maybe quarterly or in some other interval but not for the entire year at one time.

Thanks for sharing. I've added you to the database. Nice touch with the 4.0 decal/vinyl on the wing. Do you use the ramps to keep the tires round or just to know where to park in the garage?
They are race ramp “flat stoppers” to keep tires round through the cold months.
I use a set of lift bars that go into the jack points so I can raise it up and put it on jack stands. I needed the extra height to
get my floor jack and lift bar under the car. Instead of driving it up on boards I bought the flat stoppers.
Received a surprise text from my SA with an extra Cayman GTS 4.0 allocation so I jumped on it. Luckily I had finished my buildup recently and was ready to submit it as it would lock this week.
