My Miami Blue came with Platinum Satin. Looks great…I like the Platinum Gloss option too. It’s a really neutral color, so will look good with all colors.

I posted my edits of the 2 RS in Miami Blue above because I wanted to approximate how the Porsche White Gold will look on Miami. Most images of Miami Blue online don’t actually represent the color in person.

I was also able to see the color in both gloss and satin in person, and I love that it’s hot just a hint of color…it’s almost silver. It pretty much counts as a neutral, just a bit on the warm side. I’m looking forward to it arriving and appreciating a more substantive change to my car (compared to my stock platinum wheels)…especially since there will be a substantive change to my wallet!

But yeah, all hoping Eric can play Santa Claus for us this year!

@KelvinC just to clarify you decide to go with platinum silver glossy as opposed to white gold?

Hi Eric,

Could you let me know what the price was for a clear-coated over machined finish like @nothingman ?

Thanks!

Heads up.

You might want to start working on CLs for those wheels for the upcoming GT4RS. Keep in mind that track width has increased for that car: 7mm F & 8mm R.

That’s interesting. Is that due to different offset on wheels or something else? The chassis is the same

I'm very excited to see my BBS FI-R wheels in their custom finish getting ready to ship out! Now I need this winter weather to leave so I can get these wheels put on with my summer tires! Eric and Kim from SupremePower have been great to work with as always.

I don't think mine were a part of the official group buy or discount. I had started the process earlier and wasn't willing to wait. I just posted here because I knew this group would appreciate the photos! Thanks to @nothingman for the inspiration on the finish. Seeing his car is what pushed me over the edge on the FI-Rs over some other options.

You actually got a set we imported and was at a premium since we don't get the same pricing as when we order from USA. Cant wait to see them on!!

We did recently import a satin black set which also is being offered at a premium if anyone is interested.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of them on the car! That metal finish with white exterior and PCCBs... Wow!
