There is a very good threat in the 991 forum on CXX options with prices that gives you an indicative feel for what is available if you go there.
That saidm not all CXX is available all the time. I asked for custom carbon fiber sills, painted 718 logo on gear, painted hands on chrono and was denied due to CF shortages and the PTS maint (metallic viola) I was using not being certified for interior use yet (fumes?). I also asked for the photobook and they were in the middle of assigning a new photographer and so that too was denied.
In the end I got painted key cheeks and some of the exterior (e.g Spyder logos on the ramparts/wings) painted viola too, but my CXX was (mercifully) much smaller than I had hoped.
The two big things I'd have liked, if this were my forever car, but declined when I found hte price, were piped seats with porsche crest instead of Spyder stitching, and full 'natural leather' black leather or ascot interior; those options take pricing to a whole new level though

It has a lot of additional options, especially for the 25th anniversary of this model of car. But you need to understand that every option is costly. Porsche is a car for rich people. I remember the times when I bought my first Porsche. I thought that I was the king of the world. I started my business with the funds from a factoring company in Florida, and after just three years, buying a new Porsche was fantastic to me. I can say that additional options in Porsche aren't necessary, but it is worth buying the ones you like.

You can order it here with a choice of stitching color: https://www.suncoastparts.com/produc...1RMAININTKNOBS
However, you can just remove the **** itself and keep your current shift boot (which is what I did for my GT4)

Suncoast is great but if you are close to a dealer, or want them to do the install anyway, they can order for the same (less if you use the PCA discount) and they don't charge shipping. I still often order from Suncoast for the convenience of having it shipped to my house for a self-install, but dealer parts departments can sometimes save you some money.
