Default weight of PCCB vs standard

Does anybody know how much the PCCB weighs vs the standard brakes? I know there are many articles and comments about PCCB weighing as much as 50% less than comparable brakes but I haven't actually come across any factual data of the differences on the GT4/Spyder.

Thanks. Would you by any chance know how much front and rear wheels weigh with and without tires?

Pete already posted this apples and oranges comparison not being valid because it was done with different models.

I am looking forward to a set of Forgeline VX1Rs that weigh in at:

Front: 9x19 = 18.9 lbs
Rear: 9x11 = 20.8 lbs

So (98.2 stock - 79.4 VX1R = 18.8 lbs). So almost 19 pounds saved.

9x11's should be around 8 pounds.

Can you tell me where this information comes from, looking to find the accuracy of this number for future reference, thanks!

From this website by doing a search. Comparison of the 410/390 ceramics to the 380/380 steel. I think from 2017 or 18. Easy search. A lot of questions people ask can easily be searched for. I actually enjoy the process of looking things up !!

A nice wheel option:

HRE R101 lightweight:
20x8.5 ET 55 = 16 lbs
20x11 ET50 = 19.4 lbs

Thanks! You are a better searcher on the forum then I, I can never seem to find anything on here, even if it was me that posted it!

Very nice wheels and very light, no make that incredibly light! But with a price to match, in this case you don't get more but actually less, for what you paid!
