I will be looking very closely at my car when it arrives, it is Chalk as well. As for rail transport from the factory to Emden, it was my understanding that they went by truck in small batches...
Thanks for the link to the solution to the problem, I and getting a complete wrap on the car so I want the paint perfect before it gets done.

What part of the car do you predominantly see it 911F1? And yes, Iron X as well as several other products should easily get it off. But what I don't understand is I thought all the cars came straight out of the factory with that white protective film on them? Is also why I'm asking where do you see those spots.
No need for something like Iron-X, clay bar does the job?
Haven't used something like Iron-X. I just used Clay Bar and Lots of Detail Sprays to prevent scratching the paint. There's different levels of clay bar, I would start at something light
Yep, unfortunately iron-x (get the lemon scent, it smells BAD!), clay bar, and polishing are on the agenda after delivery and before PPF. True of all makers, even Audi who really wraps them well( picture below). I think the combination of production line conveyor/lift/tool/assembly contaminants, road testing, rail transport, sitting at the ports, truck transport, wind, rain, etc, etc just gets junk on the paint no matter what they use in my experience.
No worries though, a bit of time and some good products and she will sparkle!
