Not sure where you read about Speed Blue, but when Miami Blue goes away later this year (or 2021), it will be replaced by Shark Blue - which is almost certainly confirmed to be nearly identical to VW's Cornflower Blue.

Yeah definitely seems questionable.

Hmm... so given they are different formulas this means one is quite possibly going to be superior to the other in terms of look and feel. A chance then that Race-Tex is going to be the lesser product than the Alcantara that was available for the one (2020) model year, or vice versa. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Lol. That's exactly what I was thinking. I was expecting to see it this time NEXT year. I'll keep the forum updated on any changes to the ETA.

Go into the configurator, check the box to obtain a painted key, then checkout the dialog box for selecting the key color - voila there is "speed blue" which looks a lot like the "Heist Blue" GT3 ...

That's also a color for the extended deviated stitching, which includes a number of colors also not available for the exterior paint.

Shark Blue is what's coming to replace Miami Blue (via a document someone released here awhile ago). Speed Blue is just an interior material color at this point

gotcha just sharing the source of the color... its a shame that its not an exterior color IMO... YMMV

Yes, but they've also listed lizard green as a key option, and that's not a paint color choice.

Speed blue deviated stitching was added with the speedster. I suppose it makes sense to paint your key to match your stitching.

Does anyone have anything positive or negative to say about the interior trim in Leather? I don’t think I’ve seen that option in person.

It's going to be subjective. From pictures I've seen, the main issue I have is that it just blends into the rest of the interior while I prefer some contrast or mix of materials.
